A recent literature review of multiple studies on L-Theanine promising effects on the use L-Theanine to improve several sleep parameters, such as sleep onset, duration, and overall quality, and highlights the the need for further studies to determine if there is an optimal concentration of L-THE for improving sleep (Bulman et al, 2023).
